The client, an attorney from the Philippines, hoped to find a pied-á-terre on a quiet street near the charm and bustle of the 6th arrondissement.
Though the apartment was a quick and lucky find, our expertise and negotiating skills ultimately saved her a substantial sum. 
The apartment had great bones that only needed to be polished up. During the renovation, the former kitchen was converted into a new luxurious bathroom. The new kitchen was created on one wall of the living area; an adjoining living area now features a murphy bed to accomodate visitors that spill over from the two bedrooms. 
A beautiful and classic apartment, in a premier location, at a reduced price – now that is a win, win, win.
