A new shopping center in Montparnasse.

The new Ateliers Gaîté finally arrived last fall and has quickly become one of the best places to shop. After 5 years of work, the 28,000 m2 includes around a hundred shops, restaurants and public services.

It Has Everything

Les Ateliers Gaîté is the new spot in the 14th arrondissement! The center is stocked for lovers of DIY, fashion, nature, sport, escape games and gastronomy. On three floors, you will find the Naf Naf, Kilo Shop, Claire’s, Go Sport, Truffaut, Mr Bricolage, Nature & Découvertes and Darty brands . A large E.Leclerc of 2,500 m² will allow you to do your shopping, and you can also visit a shoemaker, an optician, a barber and a hairdresser.

The complex also hosts the largest food court in Europe: Food Society, a giant food court with 15 restaurants, 2 bars and a cellar-grocery store over 3,500 m2! To work out, you will also find the John Reed fitness center and the Time Tripper escape game complex.

But the Ateliers Gaîtés is also for neighborhood life. They bring together the new Benoîte Groult public library, as well as 62 social housing units , a nursery and offices for coworking. Finally, with the renovation of the Pullman hotel, you can also enjoy a 115m rooftop . What more could we ask for?
