From December 1 to March 19, the world of Gruyère settled on the rooftop of the Perchoir Porte de Versailles, which for the occasion became PDV 1500 x Suisse Perchée, one of the resorts of the Domaine des 3 Perchés. On the menu, by chef Patrick Schindler, enjoy a real moit’-moit’ fondue in an alpine setting where chalets and gondolas are hidden in the heart of an enchanted forest. A gastro-festive program full of surprises will also punctuate the winter! For the most curious (and gourmet), come and sit at “La Table du Chef” in the chalets for a gastronomic tour of Switzerland in several dishes.

The highest rooftop bar in Paris is found at the TOO Hotel, or rather the rooftop of the Duo tower where you can sip drinks perched in the sky. At 122 m high, on the 21st floor, the new spot opened at the end of October and offers a sumptuous view of the most beautiful Parisian monuments. For a night or a drink, it’s the perfect setting to impress a date. A 350 m2 panoramic skybar, a charming 150 m2 terrace and, for a nice table at dinner, the 180-seat restaurant a few floors above.
