Paris rooftops to explore this winter

City life often leaves us dwellers longing for the outside, a breath of fresh air. Which leads us to seek out and treasure the rooftop bars of Paris. The better the view, the more we gather. In the warmer weather the crowds are immense, but in the winter, the views are just as dazzling, the drinks are warm and whether shielded or heated, the rooftops allow for a comfortable space for our Parisian viewing pleasure.

Georges Rooftop Terrace – Pompidou Center

Don’t miss this rooftop relaxation experience, considered one of the best in Paris. Located at the top of the Georges Pompidou Centre, the Georges roof terrace offers original cuisine derived from quality ingredients. From this exceptional roof terrace surrounded by bay windows you get a fantastic view of iconic Parisian monuments such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Sacré-Coeur Basilica. We advise you to book to make sure of a table in this very popular location.

PDV 1500 x Suisse Perchée

From December 1 to March 19, the world of Gruyère settled on the rooftop of the Perchoir Porte de Versailles, which for the occasion became PDV 1500 x Suisse Perchée, one of the resorts of the Domaine des 3 Perchés. On the menu, by chef Patrick Schindler, enjoy a real moit’-moit’ fondue in an alpine setting where chalets and gondolas are hidden in the heart of an enchanted forest. A gastro-festive program full of surprises will also punctuate the winter! For the most curious (and gourmet), come and sit at “La Table du Chef” in the chalets for a gastronomic tour of Switzerland in several dishes.

TOO TacTac Skybar

The highest rooftop bar in Paris is found at the TOO Hotel, or rather the rooftop of the Duo tower where you can sip drinks perched in the sky. At 122 m high, on the 21st floor, the new spot opened at the end of October and offers a sumptuous view of the most beautiful Parisian monuments. For a night or a drink, it’s the perfect setting to impress a date. A 350 m2 panoramic skybar, a charming 150 m2 terrace and, for a nice table at dinner, the 180-seat restaurant a few floors above.

Terrass Hotel’s Rooftop Bar

A hotel that is both modern and artistic overlooking the rooftops of Paris a few steps from the Butte Montmartre, the Terrass Hotel. To overlook Paris from the rooftop of the Terrass Hotel, munch on tapas accompanied by a house cocktail. And to get into the winter mood, this rooftop offers us a warm atmosphere in the style of a mountain chalet with a raclette menu and mulled wine à la carte. This is THE cocooning spot where you can bask all winter long.

Ilvolo Rooftop Bar

Created by the Novotel Paris Montparnasse Vaugirard hotel, Ilvolo offers us the most Parisian view possible. So we settle down there to admire the Parisian rooftops and the inimitable Iron Lady while sipping delicious cocktails. They are specially created by Matthias Giroud, an excellent mixologist, and paired with Denny Imbroisi’s super antipasti menu. In short, it’s the ideal spot to experience Parisian life.
