Soulful Haussmannian with Balcony

Paris has neighborhoods that feel discovered rather than chosen, and Oberkampf-Parmentier is one of them. Locals know it. Visitors fall for it. The streets here hum with the kind of energy that comes naturally, wine bars spilling onto sidewalks, market stalls, and some of the best casual dining in the city within a short walk. And the apartment at the top of this beautiful Haussmannian building was exactly the kind of find that doesn't come around often.

On the 5th floor with elevator, this 87m² apartment faced both courtyard and street, keeping it sunny and remarkably quiet for a neighborhood this alive. The bones were exceptional: original parquet floors, ornate moldings, working fireplaces. A balcony. The kind of details that new construction tries to replicate and never quite gets right.

The layout offered an entrance, a generous living room, a bathroom, a guest WC, and two to three bedrooms depending on configuration.

A private cave was included.
