Avenue Montaigne ranks in the Top 10 Most Expensive Streets Worldwide

A recent study reveals that the Avenue Montaigne in the 8th Arrondissement (district) is among the top 10 most expensive streets in the world for luxury real estate.

The study ranked streets by their average price per square meter. At the top came Pollock’s Path in Hong Kong at a substantial 120,000€/m2. Avenue Montaigne came just behind New York’s Fifth Avenue (29,000€/m2) with an average price of 28,000€/m2.

Avenue Montaigne is located in the ‘golden triangle’ of Etoile-Concorde-Alma, with its upscale hotels, restaurants, clubs, and luxury shopping. In recent years, foreign buyers – particularly from the Middle East – have been targeting the street for its large, stylish apartments.
