Paris and Surrounding Suburbs – 2021 Housing Price Map
Please note that the price map is now updated every month. However, the standardized prices are still calculated based on the transactions from the last 3 months. For example the prices at the end of January 2020 correspond to the analysis of the transactions of November and December 2019 as well as January 2020.
We would also like to remind you that the method of calculating prices of Ile-de-France communes, arrondissements and districts of Paris has changed as of November 30, 2017.
The prices calculated no longer correspond to median prices but to “standardized” prices that are based on the Notaires-INSEE index method and have the advantage of being less dependent on the size and quality of the properties sold.
The figures are therefore not comparable to the figures that were presented before Q3 2017. The 3-month, 1-year and 5-year changes are calculated in relation to the new standardized prices.
