Fall 2021: New Paris restaurants

When we say the “rentrée” we think “a new start” especially for our taste buds! Here are the latest spots to visit for some exceptional gustatory times!

Even if, for many of us, summer vacation is truly over, abandoning our taste buds is out of the question! Having loitered by all our favorite terraces, we’ve been waiting for rentrée and all the novelties it brings with impatience. Our stomachs are eager to try the latest culinary specialties offered. This 2021 back-to-school tastes particularly gourmet, as many new places open their doors to offer us unique gastronomic adventures. Whether you’re team Italian cuisine, a French chic, or a culinary traveler to the Orient, there’s something for everyone! Here are some new addresses to visit as soon as they open!

The restaurants that will make this rentrée

To all gourmands, your taste buds are about to experience culinary ecstasy! We encourage you to visit restaurants like Ischia, Cyril Lignac’s first Italian restaurant, or Chez Jacky, for Mediterranean-style dining, having just recently opened their doors. We strongly advise you to take your calendar out and dedicate future evenings to discovering new epicurean delights. The openings we are most looking forward to? Montecito, featuring Californian gastronomy at the Kimpton St Honoré Paris hotel, or Deux Restaurant, which showcases the regional specialties of our very own France. Our taste buds are also eager to explore CBD in Italian gastronomy at The Village Terrazza, as well as the fusion between French bistro and Japanese cuisine at Shiro Paris.

Ischia, 14 rue Cauchy, 75015 Paris

In the same place as his former restaurant, Le Quinzième, in the 15ᵉ arrondissement, that the chef opens Ischia and honors Italian cuisine and the country’s Mediterranean flavors. Between colorful plates and sinfully tasty dishes, Ishia takes us on a trip by sight and by taste.

Deux Restaurant, 58 rue de la fontaine au roi, Paris

The restaurant bears its name well since it is the fruit of the work of two friends who decided to bring together their respective cultures, i.e. Savoy and the Southwest, to make our taste buds travel!

Montecito, 27 – 29 bd des Capucines, 75002 Paris

Treat yourself to a one-way trip to THE sunny Californian city par excellence. The trendy and contemporary decoration plunges us into an atmosphere worthy of the posh corners of Santa Barbara. Warning, this place is less about a burger covered in sauce than it is about an irresistibly crispy tostada with scampi, much like you’d find  in the south of the Baja peninsula.

Limbar, Cheval Blanc Paris 8 quai du Louvre, 75001 Paris

A tea room by day and a bar by night, Limbar is the ideal place to swap out that Parisian chic vibe for a crazy and festive atmosphere once the sun goes down, all in the same place.

Le Tout-Paris at Cheval Blanc Paris 8, quai du Louvre, 75001 Paris

Want to enjoy a good Parisian brasserie with a breathtaking view? Go to the 7th floor of the Cheval Blanc Paris and sit on the terrace to enjoy the view and treat your stomach!

Shiro Paris, 168 Bd Saint-Germain, 75006 Paris

Who said that the fusion between Japanese and French cuisine couldn’t create a divine taste experience? Well, not chef Hiroyuki Ushiro who decided to combine these two cuisines to create a unique culinary combo to change up the scene!

Magniv Restaurant, 37 bis Rue du Sentier, 75002 Paris

Restaurant and bar during the day, and nightclub once the sun goes down? Magniv restaurant is definitely the spot shaking up the Sentier district. We’re excited to go for the exceptional cocktails served at the bar, and to delight our taste buds with the cuisine of chef Kobi Villot-Malka.

The Village Terrazza, 34 Rue du Moulin Vert, 75014 Paris

This new trattoria created by Garry Dorr offers us all the culinary specialties of Italy combined with an unsuspected ingredient: CBD. An unusual experience guaranteed!

Café Laperouse, Hôtel de la Marine, 2, place de la Concorde, 75008 Paris

Café Lapérouse is a must for chic Parisians looking for an offbeat tea time, a festive aperitif, a lingering lunch or a trendy breakfast.

Pinky Bloom Paris, 68 Av. de New York, 75016 Paris

A popular spot for Instagrammers, Pinky Bloom Paris combines a restaurant, bar, tea room and coffee shop offering an exceptional time just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower.

Dalia, 93 Rue Montmartre, 75002 Paris

Fancy a culinary stopover in the Orient? Head to Dalia, a restaurant where the chef mixes Levantine tastes from Israeli, Lebanese, Syrian, Turkish and even Jordanian cuisine. A unique and exotic experience awaits your taste buds!

Chez Jacky, 69 rue du Faubourg Saint Denis, 75010

Want to live a special experience in Marseille? Meet us at Chez Jacky. You’ll find a southern atmosphere so thick that you’ll feel like you’ve left the capital.
